“You Are Not Alone”

Its what you know you would say if just given the chance. You have always been there but for some reason they are not coming to in their time of need. On the outside looking in he/she seems perfectly fine, they have a great work life balance & seems to be well liked among their friends. You don't even know to ask what's wrong because everything seems perfect. You start asking yourself what was missing and how you could be the last to know but sometimes its better to understand that there was a reason you were in the dark. Your mother/father/sister/brother/cousin wanted to keep you on the outside and did a great non doing it. Now you just like the rest of the friends and family members who really don't knowing what the next step is. And it isn't until that very moment that you have the same feelings that they were feeling and now you are not alone in feeling this way because that feeling made your family member build up an emotional wall  to keep them in and you out.
I wish I could say that this was an isolated episode but its the story I have heard time and time again from patients, family & friends. It's always been one of shock & surprise when they find out a family member is depressed and can't seem to find the help they need. Today take these tips signs below in the graphic & be mindful of potential conflict before it's too late.
