Over the years I have served as the host of the Lunch and Learn with Dr. Berry and I have gotten the opportunity to interview some amazing guest over the past few years so it is always refreshing when the tables are turned and the interviewer becomes the interviewee which happened on Dr. Ericka Goodwin's podcast.
I got that opportunity to catch up with Dr. Ericka Goodwin, she is on a mission to help you Be Better, Do Better, and Live Better. She is a Harvard-trained, double board-certified psychiatrist, bestselling author, top-rated speaker, integrative lifestyle coach, and creator of the new podcast, “Better with Dr. Ericka.” She is a graduate of Spelman College and Emory University School of Medicine. She also completed her General Psychiatry Residency at Morehouse School of Medicine.
You might remember her from her appearance on the show on episode 183 – Taking control of Your Mental Health to Live Better, where she did a phenomenal job helping us get a handle on our mental care needs during this pandemic.
I got a chance to talk about what it's like in the life as a hospitalist physician during this pandemic. Not only did we talk about the mental toll that covid has had on the patient but more importantly what it has done to the health care worker.
I want you to check out her episode & tell me what you think.
When you get a chance please follow Dr. Ericka on all her favorite platforms
