Let's talk about the lessons I learned…
Since the day I brought this Lunch and Learn Podcast, there were so many things that we have encountered. There have been a lot of bumps and bruises, but there have also been a lot of good things that have happened. We learn from diverse speakers and grow as a group. When you think about the journey of a podcast that we know, a lot of podcasts really never even make it past 20 episodes and the consistency that it takes to get to the point where we could be talking about crossing episodes. Lunch and Learn Podcast would not be able to maintain its consistency without those people who are watching and listening to my voice. Your continued support motivates me to create more podcast episodes.
This episode of Lunch and Learn with Dr. Berry is going to be an amazing one because we are talking about episode 200! We will discuss what it means to reach episode 200, what we will do over the next hundred episodes, and, we are going to obviously acknowledge a lot of the guests that have come through in these podcasts. We will also talk about how I got into podcasting and why I decided to go on this crazy journey as a health content creator.
