On this episode of Medicine Mondays I answer one of the most frequently asked questions regarding COVID-19. There isn’t a week that goes by that I don’t see this question asked in one variation or another. With little over a year gone by from the initial diagnosis of COVID-19 the creation of vaccines have been a hot topic. The question I always here is How were they able to make a vaccine so quickly? I refer to it as the perfect storm and today I hope to be able to paint the picture that got us to where we are today.
